PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Your reservation is definitely confirmed only upon acceptance of this estimate and receipt of the herein under payments.
Reservation up to 30 days before arrival:
Deposit: 20% of the total invoiced, payable upon your acceptance of the estimate. Minimum 100 dollars. Please note that some 4 and 5-star hotels may request a full prepayment. Balance payable 30 days before arrival.
Reservation less than 30 days before arrival:
Payment of 100% of the total of all the services, payable upon your acceptance of the estimate.
HOW TO PAY US
Overseas Credit Card Payment
We accept a credit card payment with Visa or MasterCard according to the following procedure: We email you a Vietnamese bank form to be filled and signed in bold in 3 boxes, that you must email us back together with:
Photocopy of the card holder’s passport
Photocopy of the credit card (front and back).
Please note that the card fees in Vietnam (3%) are your responsibility
and will be added to your invoice
Payment by bank transfer on a bank in France (account IN EUROS)
You can pay us in Euros on our bank account in France; we give you its coordinates when you make a reservation.
Payment by bank transfer on a bank in Vietnam (accounts in dong, dollars and euros)
You can pay us in Euros on our bank account in Vietnam; we give you its coordinates when you make a reservation.
Please note that the transfer fees are your responsibility.

Payment at our Hanoi Office Electronic Terminal
If you start your trip from Hanoi, you can pay in our office by Visa or MasterCard the balance only, the deposit having to be paid by bank transfer or credit card. 3% bank fees are added to the total invoiced.
Cash Payment
In some cases (for example for a last minute reservation), you may pay cash in our office in Hanoi or to the guide in US dollars, Euros or Dongs, without any charge.

Cancellation by Us
We may have to cancel the cruise in case of Force majeure such as Acts of God, political problem, strikes, etc. In that case, we inform you and reimburse you in full. You cannot ask for any damages.
Our Responsibility
The clients must be covered by an individual travel insurance. We are responsible only for the services described in the present document, and of their good execution. In no case can our company be responsible for events that it cannot control, such as:
Client having no passport or visa
Delays in the sub-contracted services (plane, train, bus, etc.)
Client being late at the rendezvous planed in the agreed programme
Tour modification due to a government decision, for example area temporarily closed to the public
Case of Force majeure (Act of God such as floods, political problems, etc.).
Delays due to certain events such as public works, accident not caused by one of our employees, traffic jam, etc.
Accident or death of the client not caused by one of our employees
Loss or theft of personal possessions not given by the client to the company or one of its employees
Damages caused by the clients
Services cancelled because of client’s illness
